2025/10/01 Mass vaccination for influenza prevention in 2025
Regarding the subject, we will carry out mass vaccination against influenza at the Fujisawa site premises this year as well.
In addition to gargling and washing your hands, we recommend taking this opportunity to get a flu shot to prevent illness and protect yourself from the exacerbation of infections.
1. Target audience: WDTJ/WDMJ employees, temporary staff, contractors, etc. Fujisawa site workers

４．Vaccination ｔime and expense
（1）Vaccination hours: 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. or 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
＊Please select the time you wish to receive the vaccination and apply for it.
(2)Expense：Members have no personal burden
(all fees are covered by the health insurance association)
５．How to Apply
Please apply through the Health Insurance Website "Health Examination Reservation System".
If you exceed the number of appointments available for a particular time slot, please change the time slot.
