Insured persons need to undergo procedures for a change of address when moving or temporarily dispatched to a post away from family. Please correct the backside of your health insurance card (address field).

Procedures for a Change of Address

Change of address	Submit an Address Change Notification of the Insured Person Cross out your previous address with two lines on the backside of the health insurance card (address field), and then write in the new address on the next line.
